Claims (1)
- 蒸気加減弁を開、閉する油圧サーボモーターに
於いて、外バネ、内バネのバネ巻き方向を互に反
対巻きとしたバネ組合せ方で、バネの回転力を低
減し、その合成力をピストン回転防止ストツパー
中心とバネ中心を結ぶ線上と直角（９０°）方向
に発生させてなることを特徴とする油圧サーボモ
ーター圧縮バネ。
