  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 像担持体の表面に静電潜像を形成し、これを現像してト
    ナー像を得た後、該トナー像を記録紙に転写し、該記録
    紙を定着器に送ってトナー像を定着せしめる種類の画像
    形成機において、現像装置本体の上部に配設されるとと
    もにその内部のトナーが分配ロールの回転によって前記
    現像装置本体内に供給さ，れるトナー貯溜槽に対し、規
    定トナー，量の存否を検出するための粉体検出器を取り
    つけて成り、該粉体検出器は、その検出面が前記分配ロ
    ールの回転中心線と平行になる様に、前記分配， ロー
    ルの回転方向とは逆側に位置する槽壁に付設されている
    ことを特徴きする画像成形機の現像装置。 、
