Claims (1)
- バツテリーの出力側にスイツチング素子を直列
に接続し、制御系電源の停電により前記スイツチ
ング素子をオンにして前記バツテリーからバツク
アツプ電源を供給するバツテリーのバツクアツプ
回路において、前記スイツチング素子としてＰＮ
Ｐ型トランジスタを接続するとともに、前記ＰＮ
Ｐ型トランジスタのベースを抵抗を介してバツテ
リーの負極側に接続し、かつバツテリー電圧より
も高い制御系電源をダイオードを介して前記ＰＮ
Ｐ型トランジスタのベースに接続するよう構成し
たことを特徴とするバツテリーのバツクアツプ回
路。
