本発明はプラスチック容器内に内容物を充填した後に、
その充填口を容易な開封を不可能として密封する方法に

(従来の技術)

器の充填口にキャップを螺着し、前記充填口壁面を貫通
するようにリベットをキャップ側部に刺し通すことによ
って、キャップがゆるめられないようにするものであり
、■の接着によるものとは、熱可塑性プラスチックから
なるシール部材を、高周波又は超音波により容器の充填

価格及び作業性の点において問題を有してした。又、従
来技術■の接着によるものにあっては、内容物が液体の
場合に漏出する虞れがあるとともに高周波あるいは超音
波接着装置が高価であり、その上作業が簡単ではなり為

によりプラスチック容器充填口を密封したのである。即
ち、プラスチック容器本体の充填口に固定した内周にネ
ジ部を有する筒状の熱可塑性プラスチックからなる中枠
に、咳中枠のネジ部に対してわずかにずれて螺合するネ
ジ部を外周に設けた熱可塑性プラスチックからなる栓体
を高速回転により螺着し1.ネジ部における該螺−着時
の摩擦熱により栓体を中枠に融着すること]こよってプ

容器本体1はポリエチレン等の熱可塑性プラスチックか

器本体1の上部には内容物を充填するための充填口2が
開口しており、この充填口2に第4図に示す中枠3が固

1の成形と同時に充填口2に融着され、且つ、凹凸3C
による係合固定もなされる。このように容器本体1と中
枠3を別部品としたのは、内周にネジ部を有する中空品
をブロー成形によって工場規模で製造するのが難しく、
又得られる製品は高価なものとなるからであり、フィル
ム状突起3bの溶融による融着固定としたのは、容器本
体1内に収納される内容物が液体の場合にも漏出を防止
する為である。従って、内容物が粉状又は粒状の場合に
は、中枠の外周を凹凸形状のみとし、ブロー成形時に容
器本体の充填口に係合固定してもよく、あるいはブロー

(発明の効果)
本発明は、プラスチック容器本体の充填口に固定した熱
可塑性プラスチックからなる中枠に、熱可塑性プラスチ
ックからなる栓体を高速回転により螺着し、その際に生
じる摩擦熱によって栓体と中枠の融着を図り、容易な開
封ができないように充填口を密封するものである。従っ
て螺合と融着の双方による密封となり、液状内容物にお
いても漏出の虞れがない。又、中枠及び栓体は従来用い
ていたリベット部品に比べて安価であり、製品価格にお
いて有利である。更に、作業性においても電動ドライバ
ー等の高速回転締付具により栓体を中枠に螺着するのみ
でよく、大変迅速且つ合理的である。その上高速回転締
付具は高周波あるいは超音波接着装置に比べて比較にな
