Claims (1)
- 回路素子をヒートシンクに保持させるようにし
て取付けるようにした装置において、ヒートシン
クに保持されるように取付けられる複数の回路素
子を共通の押え板を用いてヒートシンクに対して
押えるとともに、この押え板と回路素子との間に
弾性体を介装するようにしたことを特徴とする回
路素子の取付け装置。
