Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電子機器の発熱体の温度を測定する第１の
    温度センサと、電子既機器の自ら発熱せず熱容量
    の大きな部位に装着した第２の温度センサと、第
    １の温度センサと第２の温度センサの各検出値を
    与えられこの差分が予め設定した値を越えると上
    記発熱体の温度上昇を阻止する保護動作を行なう
    コンパレータとを具備する過熱検出回路。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のもの
    において、保護動作はコンパレータの出力と第１
    の温度センサの出力を予め設定した電圧と比較す
    る第２のコンパレータの出力との論理和出力で行
    なうことを特徴とする過熱検出回路。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のもの
    において、発熱体は電力用半導体である過熱検出
    回路。
