Claims (1)
- 透明絶縁基板上に複数の透明電極が間隙を介し
て配列され、その上を被覆し一方は透明電極の縁
部を越えて隣接透明電極の間の間隙の少なくとも
一部を埋め、他方は透明電極の縁部に達しないａ
―Ｓｉ膜領域および該ａ―Ｓｉ膜領域に重なる形
状の金属電極が積層され、金属電極の端部と隣接
金属電極の間に露出する透明電極とに接触する印
刷、焼成金属層を備えてなることを特徴とする光
起電力発生素子。
