ｂ，Ｆａ１，Ｆｂ１……フインガー電極、ｇ１，

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面波基板上に表面波を発生するインターデイ
    ジタル電極および上記表面波を反射するリフレク
    タが形成されてなる表面波装置において、 インターデイジタル電極は一対のバスバーから
    突出するフインガー電極の先端に向かつてバスバ
    ーから突出するダミー電極を備えており、リフレ
    クタは表面波の伝播路に沿つてその両側にほゞ平
    行に配置された一対のバスバーを有し、上記表面
    波の伝播路を横断して一方のバスバーから他方の
    バスバーに向かつてフインガー電極が突出すると
    ともに、他方のバスバーから一方のバスバーに向
    かつてフインガー電極が突出し、これらフインガ
    ー電極の先端はバスバーから突出するダミー電極
    と対向していることを特徴とする表面波装置。
