Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による弾性表面波
反射器を示す図、第２図は従来の弾性表面波反射
器を示す図、第３図は弾性表面波反射器を用いた
２端子対共振器を示す図である。１は圧電体基板
、２，２ａ，２ｂは金属ストリツプ、３は弾性表
面波反射器、４はすだれ状電極、５はリード線で
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。
反射器を示す図、第２図は従来の弾性表面波反射
器を示す図、第３図は弾性表面波反射器を用いた
２端子対共振器を示す図である。１は圧電体基板
、２，２ａ，２ｂは金属ストリツプ、３は弾性表
面波反射器、４はすだれ状電極、５はリード線で
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電体基板１上に、電気的に短絡された金
属ストリツプ２ａと電気的に開放された金属スト
リツプ２ｂとを平行に配列することとし、配列の
本数又は長さを圧電体基板１上の場所に応じて変
化させるようにしたことを特徴とする弾性表面波
反射器。 (2) 配列の本数又は長さは弾性表面波の入射方
向に対して変化することを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性表面波反射器。
