Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体拡散装置で使用される反応ガスとし
ての水素を、半導体拡散装置の外部で予め燃焼処
理する外部燃焼酸化装置において、外部燃焼酸化
装置内に水素を噴出するノズル手段が、複数のノ
ズルを有し、各ノズルの軸線が、外部燃焼酸化装
置のほぼ軸線上で交差している外部燃焼酸化装置
のノズル機構。 (2) 各ノズルの軸線が、外部燃焼酸化装置の軸
線に対して、約４５度傾斜している実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の外部燃焼酸化装置のノズ
ル機構。
