Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 研磨用ガイドシリンダに装架される研磨テープと、回転
    ヘッドを備える回転部材を装着して第１位置と第２位置
    との間で移動可能な受台とを備え、前記受台の第１位置
    にて前記回転部材の受台からの着脱を可能とし、前記第
    ２位置にて前記研磨用ガイドシリンダの周面より前記回
    転ヘッドを突出せしめて、前記回転部材を回転させ、前
    記回転ヘッドを前記研磨する回転ヘッド研摩装置に於一
    いて、 前記第２位置で前記回転部材の回転中心に設けられた挿
    入孔に挿入され先端テーパ部によって前記回転部材を回
    転中心位置に配置すると共に、前記回転部材を受台に圧
    着固定する挿入軸を備えることを特徴とする回転ヘッド
    研摩装置。
