Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定電流源に接続されるべき定電流源端子と、入
    力信号を受けるための入力端子と、出力信号を送
    出するための出力端子と、接地されるべき電極端
    子と、ベースを共通に接続され、カレントミラー
    回路を構成する第１及び第２のトランジスタとを
    備え、前記第１のトランジスタのコレクタは前記
    定電流源端子に接続され、且つ、第２のトランジ
    スタのコレクタは前記出力端子に接続された構成
    を有する論理回路において、前記電極端子及び前
    記入力端子にエミツタ及びベースをそれぞれ接続
    され、且つ、コレクタは前記第２のトランジスタ
    のエミツタに電気的に結合された第３のトランジ
    スタと、前記電極端子にエミツタを接続され、且
    つ、コレクタは前記第１のトランジスタのエミツ
    タに電気的に結合された第４のトランジスタとを
    含み、前記第１乃至第４のトランジスタを全て同
    一の導電型とし、前記第３のトランジスタはその
    ベースに与えられる入力信号に応じてスイツチン
    グを行なうことを特徴とする論理回路。
