Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端に隣接して材料の入口と他端に隣接して押
出しダイとを有する細長い管状バレルと、該バレ
ル内に挿設されて前記材料を入口から押出しダイ
に向けて動かすための細長い回転可能な送り部材
と、を有しており、前記入口と押出しダイとの中
間に混合・混練ゾーンを備えたものにおいて、 前記混合・混練ゾーンにおける管状バレルには
その管軸方向に間隔を有して径内方向に放射状と
して突出される多数のピンが設けられ、前記送り
部材には前記ピンの管軸方向における間隔に臨出
される多数のピンが径外方向に放射状として突出
されており、前記管状バレル側のピンのそれぞれ
はバレル外部から径方向内外に進退固定自在とさ
れていることを特徴とする食品加工用押出機の混
合・混練装置。
