３図は、この考案の取付け側フランジと接続側の配管フ
ランジとをボルト・ナットにて締付けたシール状態を示
す１／２断面図、第４図は、第３図の他の実施例を示す
１／２断面図、第５図は、エラストマを主体とする配管
中間部の、エラストマ相互を連結する連結部の一例を示
す付属継手の１／２断面図、第６区−ａは、従来の配管
のフランジ継手の締付け前の状態を示す１／２断面図、
第６図一ｂは、第６図−ａの締付け状態を示す１／２断
面図である。 １・・・取付け側フランジ、２・・・内面環状支持部、
３・・・環状突起部（金属シール部の）、４・・・エラ
ストマシール部、６・・・接続側の配管フランジ、７・
・・嵌合凹部（金属シール部の）、８・・・エラストマ
を主体とする配管、９・・・エラストマシール面。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）エラストマを主体とする配管のフランジ継手にお
    いて、取付け側フランジに、コラストマの内面環状支持
    部と、その上部のボルト孔の下部に金属シール部の環状
    突起部を設け、該内面環状支持部と環状突起部とによっ
    て形成される環状溝型のエラストマシール部を形成し、
    接続側の配管フランジには、上記の環状突起部の対向位
    置に、該環状突起部に嵌′合する嵌合凹部を設け、その
    下方に、上記エラストマシール部に圧接されるエラスト
    マシール面を形成し、両フランジを締付け固定して金属
    シール部とエラスｌ・マシール部の２重シール部を形成
    した配管継手の構造。
  2. （２）金属シール部の嵌合凹部の底面に剛性パッキング
    材を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の配管継
    手の構造。
