考案の一実施例を示す構成図である。 図において１はペルチェ効果、２は放熱器、３は送風機
、４は伝熱板、５は被冷却物、６は温度検出器、７は温
度制御回路、８は電流制御用トランジスタ、９は電源、
１０は送風機の回転をＯＮ／ＯＦＦ制御するスイッチで
ある。 なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すもの
とする。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個のベルチェ効果素子をカスケード接続して構成し
    、これらペルチェ効果素子からの発熱を放熱器及び強制
    空冷用の送風機によって放熱する多段構成の電子冷却器
    において、上記ペルチェ効果素子のうちのごく一部の素
    子の小さな電流のみを制御し、かつこれと上記送風器の
    回転制御とを組合せることにより、広範囲な環境温度変
    化に対して冷却温度を一定温度に保つことができること
    を特徴とする電子冷却器。
