Winding devices for storing sheets such as curtain blinds and projection screens are usually installed near the ceiling, so they must be able to be rolled up and fed out by holding the bottom edge of the sheet. It must be possible to securely lock the sheet in any position depending on the amount of incident light and the size of the screen. In this way, in order to provide a single device with contradictory functions of smooth winding and unwinding and reliable locking at any position, the conventional device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-33537, for example, The coil spring acts on the internal winding member to constantly urge the roll screen to roll up, while the winding member swings the piece away from the locking member due to centrifugal force. The structure is such that the piece is locked to the locking member by its own weight that acts when the rotation is slowed down, and the roll screen is fixed at a desired position. However, in the above-mentioned device, it is not possible to make the piece large enough due to space constraints, and the locking function becomes unstable due to large friction in the pivot part of the piece or the biasing force of the coil spring. However, the operation is cumbersome as the player has to pull and return the roll screen near the stop to lock the pieces.

When the sheet 2 is fed out by pulling the string 2a under such an attached state, the winding tube 1 begins to rotate in the direction of tightening the coil spring 8, and this rotation a causes the bottomed cylinder 3, It is transmitted to the clutch 11 through the elongated hole 3b and the pin 11a, and the engaging protrusion 11b on the end surface thereof slides onto the stepped surface 14c of the clutch plate 14, as shown in FIG. When the sheet 2 is further fed out, the engagement protrusion 11b pressed by the coil spring 12
The lock release sleeve 17 is pressed against the spring 18.
FIG. If you let go of the string 2a in this state, the seat 2 will stop at that position, but if you pull the string 2a further,
The rotation of the clutch 11 causes the engagement protrusion 11b and the recessed portion 1
4b to the clutch plate 14, the clutch plate 14 resists the coil spring 16 and engages the clutch 1.
1, and as a result, the engaging protrusion 11b
The tip of the guide cylinder 13 slides on the guide slope 13b and is pushed back to the right in the figure (FIG. 5C). When the sheet 2 is further fed out and the engagement protrusion 11b again rests on the end surface of the clutch plate 14, the clutch plate 14 disengaged from the protrusion 11b moves in the direction of arrow b due to the biasing force of the coil spring 16. At the same time, the lock release sleeve 17 is also pushed by the spring 18 and returns to its original state as shown in FIG. 5D. Therefore, string 2a
If you continue to pull , the above-mentioned operation will be performed continuously and the sheet 2 will be pulled out smoothly.

If you want to stop the sheet 2 at a desired position, just slow down the feeding speed of the sheet 2 near that point.
As a result, the engagement protrusion 11b falls into the concave portion 14b, and the two receive the winding torque of the coil spring 8 and are securely engaged. Therefore, the winding cylinder 1, which rotates together with the clutch 11, is locked, and the sheet is locked in a predetermined position.

When rolling up the sheet 2 from this state, first pull the string 2a slightly to return it to the state shown in FIG. 5D. Next, when the hand is released or loosened from the string 2a, the winding tube 1 begins to rotate in the opposite direction due to the large torque of the tightly wound coil spring 8. As a result, the clutch 11 also rotates, and its engaging protrusion 11b slides on the end surface of the clutch plate 14 to come to the position shown in FIG. 6A. As mentioned above, the clutch 11 is connected to the clutch plate 1 by the coil spring 12.
Since the clutch 11 is pressed in the direction 4, the engaging protrusion 11b will fall toward the concave portion 14b at the next point in time, but once the clutch 11 has inertia in the winding direction, it will continue to rotate. Therefore, the engaging protrusion 11b jumps over the concave portion 14b and falls onto the stepped surface 14c, as shown in FIG. From then on, this operation is repeated until sheet 2
is rolled up.

If you want to stop sheet 2 in the middle of this, please use string 2.
If you hold a and slow down the winding speed, coil spring 1
The pressing force of 2 exceeds the rotational inertia of the clutch 11, and the engagement protrusion 11b falls into the recess 14b and becomes locked.

If the coil spring 8 is tightened to the limit and the lock cannot be released again when the seat 2 is fully pulled out and locked in the state shown in FIG. When the rod 17b of the lock release sleeve 17 that protrudes through the through hole 5a of the cap 5 is pushed in the direction of arrow c, the end surface of the sleeve 17 pushes the tip of the engagement protrusion 11b and prevents it from engaging with the recess 14b. Unlock it and the lock will be released.

As described above, according to the present invention, a protrusion and a recess are formed on each end face of the clutch member on the fixed shaft and the clutch member of the winding tube, and the end face is formed in a portion adjacent to the recess in the sheet winding direction. A low stepped portion is formed, a guide slope is formed to disengage the protrusion and the recess in the sheet feeding direction, and this guide slope is always covered with a covering member, and the guide slope is exposed only when the sheet is fed, and the recess is formed. Since the engagement between the and the convex part is released, when the sheet is fed out, the two do not engage with each other due to the guide slope, and when the sheet is rolled up, the protrusion jumps over the concave part. If the rotation of the winding cylinder is loosened, the protrusion and the recess will engage, and the winding force of the spring member will be reduced. This state is ensured by the mechanism, and the sheet can be stopped at a desired position. The simple structure of simply providing the above-mentioned shape on the end faces of both clutches allows the winding of a roll screen, etc.
Allows for reliable feeding and stopping.
