    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光通信用受光素子において短波長用ホトダイオードと長
    波長のみに感度のあるホトダイオードを有し、光ファイ
    バ出力光をそれそれ２分割して受光できる受光面をもち
    、それぞれの光電流出力端子から短波長光電流と長波長
    光電流が取り出せる構造において、１つの受光素子にて
    長波、短波両信号を同時に受信できる事を特徴とする双
    対受光素子。
