Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の目的 本発明は魚釣用スピニングリールにおける釣糸捲取り時
の釣糸のラインローラーに対する接触抵抗を軽減させ、
釣糸及びラインローラーの耐久性の向上、釣糸の撚りの
減少を図って捲取り効率を向上することを目的とするも
のである。
従来の技術 魚釣用スピニングリールにおいて釣糸をスプールに捲取
る場合、第４図に示すようにラインローラーによって釣
糸は略直角状に折曲してスプールに捲取られるため、釣
糸に撚りが発生したり、釣糸が変形又は摩耗したりして
損傷又は糸切れの原因となり耐久性に乏しくなると共に
ラインローラー及びその軸の摩耗も増大する欠陥がある
。
発明の構成 本発明はこれらの欠陥を極めて簡易な構成により改善す
るようにしたもので、ローターに取付けられたアームレ
バーに複数個のラインローラーを平行に回転自在に設け
たことを要旨とするものである。
本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、スピニング
リールのローター１には公知の如くアームレバー取付腕
２が一体的に設けられ、該アームレバー取付腕２の先端
部にはベール３を有するアームレバー４が軸５で回動自
在に軸着されていると共に前記アームレバー４とベール
３との連結部におけるアームレバー４には複数のライン
ローラー６・６が平行に支持杆７・７及びカラー８・８
を介して夫々回転自在に支承されている。
なお図中９は支持杆７・７の止ビス、１０はスプール、
Ａは釣糸である。
本発明実施例は上記のように構成されているのでロータ
ー１を回転することにより釣糸Ａは第２図に示すように
順次ラインローラー６・６により案内されてスプール１
０に捲着されるものである。
発明の効果 本発明はアームレバーに特に複数個のラインローラーを
平行に回転自在に設けたので、従来のような釣糸を１個
のラインローラーにより案内するものに比し、釣糸に無
理な力が加わらず、しかもラインローラーとの接触面積
も少なくなるために釣糸の断面の潰れによる変形や撚り
の発生が少なくなり釣糸の耐久性を向上できると共に各
ラインローラーにかかる荷重も分散されるのでラインロ
ーラー及びローラー軸の摩耗も減少し、従って釣糸の捲
取り作用を円滑ならしめその捲取り効率を向上できる優
れた特徴を有する。
