ト採材するため歩留シがないへんよいものである。そし
てこの台形木片を正確かつ完全に横接着するためには、
その斜面にその斜角度に応じて常に均一な糊塗布が行な
われなくてはならないものであるが、これは被糊付側面
が垂直な方形木片の場合と違って従来の糊付機では行な
えず、従来はこの台形木片の斜面に均一に自動糊付けす
る適切な装置がなく、一般には原始的な手塗シ工程を余

されるようになっている。(第2図参照)そして第1図
において、7は、機台3上の鞘管lO内に垂直に挿通さ
れた螺軸で、滑シ(フェザ−)キーl/によって回転し
ないで上下動できるようになっている。またざはボス部
の雌ねじ部9が上記螺軸7に螺合されたハンドルで、該
ハンドルざは自由に回転できるようにボス部を上記鞘管
10上に装着して設けられており、かつ上記螺軸7の上
端は、傾斜台板弘を支保するようにその下面に当接して
いる。そこで、今ハンドルtを左右に適宜回わすと螺軸
7が上下動して傾斜台板≠の傾度が微調節できるように
なっている。/7は、傾斜台板≠の後部上面に垂直に設
けられた左右支柱lざ、/I上端間架設の上板/9に装
着されたハンドル20操作で左右支柱/1./ざに沿っ
て昇降勲できる昇降框である。また該昇降框17の左右
両端部には前端の進退楢21と一体の左右側軸22が前
後摺動自在に挿嵌されている。そして左右側軸22後端
間の後板23に装着されたハンドル2≠操作で上記進退
−flrA2/が傾斜台板弘に平行状態のま一前後進退
動できるようになっている。2jは、傾斜台板tと平行
状態で上記進退准2ノ下面に一体的に・取付けられたケ
ーシングで、該ケーシング2jの後端中央部には、上方
配設のモーター2乙と一体のベルトカバー25aが上方
に延設されている0そして上記ケーシング2j内の前端
縁には1転子軸が夫々傾斜台板弘と平行で、かつ案内定
規/6方向と直交する方向の複数(6個)の送9転子2
7が案内定規16に沿って並設されている。2gはケー
シング2S内中央部の前後方向の中間軸で、後端部がモ
ーター2乙に調帯31を介して連結されている。また該
中間軸2Ir前端部の調車29と、各送り転子27の軸
に夫々固止された各調車30との間に一連の調帯32が
纏絡しである。そしてモーター2乙の回転で各送シ転子
27が同一矢印方向に回転するようになっている。即ち
電動送9転子27が並設されたケーシングλjは、伽斜
合板を上において平行状態のま\へンドル20操作テ昇
降動を、またへンドル2≠操作で前後進退動を夫々行え
るようになっている。そして各送り転子27の回転で傾
斜台板≠上を案内定規/乙に案内されて移送される台形
木片2の斜面2aを糊付ロール/2で自動糊付するよう

妄りに振れ動くようなことがなく、常に均一な塗布量の
