斜面にその斜角度に応じて常に均一な糊塗布が行
なわれなくてはならないものであるが、これは被
糊付側面が垂直な方形木片の場合と違つて従来の
糊付機では行なえず、従来はこの台形木片の斜面
に均一に自動糊付けする適切な装置がなく、一般

先ず3は、上面に夫々ロール軸が垂直軸の糊付

また4は、上記機台3上の支版5に枢軸6によつ
て傾度微調節可能に枢着された傾斜台板で、該傾
斜台板4の前端縁上面に固着された案内定規16
の切欠部16aに上記糊付ロール12が係合され
るようになつている。(第2図参照)そして第1
図において、7は、機台3上の鞘管10内に垂直
に挿通された螺軸で、滑り(フエザー)キー11
によつて回転しないで上下動できるようになつて
いる。また8はボス部の雌ねじ部9が上記螺軸7
に螺合されたハンドルで、該ハンドル8は自由に
回転できるようにボス部を上記鞘管10上に装着
して設けられており、かつ上記螺軸7の上端は、
傾斜台板4を支保するようにその下面に当接して
いる。そこで、今ハンドル8を左右に適宜回わす
と螺軸7が上下動して傾斜台板4の傾度が微調節
できるようになつている。17は、傾斜台板4の
後部上面に垂直に設けられた左右支柱18,18
上端間架設の上板19に装着されたハンドル20
操作で左右支柱18,18に沿つて昇降動できる
昇降框である。また該昇降框17の左右両端部に
は前端の進退框21と一体の左右側軸22が前後
摺動自在に挿嵌されている。そして左右側軸22
後端間の後板23に装着されたハンドル24操作
で上記進退框21が傾斜台板4に平行状態のまゝ
前後進退動できるようになつている。25は、傾
斜台板4と平行状態で上記進退框21下面に一体
的に取付けられたケーシングで、該ケーシング2
5の後端中央部には、上方配設のモーター26と
一体のベルトカバー25aが上方に延設されてい
る。そして上記ケーシング25内の前端縁には、
転子軸が夫々傾斜台板4と平行で、かつ案内定規
16方向と直交する方向の複数(6個)の送り転
子27が案内定規16に沿つて並設されている。
28はケーシング25内中央部の前後方向の中間
軸で、後端部がモーター26に調帯31を介して
連結されている。また該中間軸28前端部の調車
29と、各送り転子27の軸に夫々固止された各
調車30との間に一連の調帯32が纏絡してあ
る。そしてモーター26の回転で各送り転子27
が同一矢印方向に回転するようになつている。即
ち電動送り転子27が並設されたケーシング25
は、傾斜台板4上において平行状態のまゝハンド
ル20操作で昇降動を、またハンドル24操作で
前後進退動を夫々行えるようになつている。そし
て各送り転子27の回転で傾斜台板4上を案内定
規16に案内されて移送される台形木片2の斜面
2aを糊付ロール12で自動糊付するようにした
ものである。即ち第2,3図において、矢印方向
に順次移送されて行く台形木片2は、切欠部16
