れぞれの対向面に裁断刃を設けた上フレームと下
フレームとを後端部において枢着し、この上フレ
ーム前端をハンドルの前端部下端において、ま
た、下フレーム前端を垂直ガイド板を介して前記
ハンドルの前端部上端においてそれぞれハンドル
に枢支し、前記ハンドルの枢支部にはU字状の前
部ポンチ用アタツチメントがとりつけられてい
た。しかして前記ポンチ用アタツチメントの溝に
被穿孔板を挿入して穿孔するに際し、その被穿孔
板の端縁から穿孔位置までの距離に応じて、アタ
ツチメントの前部(反ハンドル側)から予め設け

起3aが突起受5aを押圧し、上部ホルダ5が裁
断穿孔機Aの後部(図の右方)の枢着ピン6を軸
として下方に押圧され、切断作用が付与される。

が前記ボルト18により同時固定されている。基
体11の上部には前後方向に向くポンチロツド孔
14が設けられ、該孔14は段部14cを介して
前部が小内径部14b、後部が大内径部14aと
される。そして、ポンチロツド孔14には前記内
径部14b,14aに水平方向摺動可能な小外径
部15b、大外径部15aを有するポンチロツド
15が装入されている。前記ポンチロツド孔の段
部14cとポンチロツド大外径部15aの前端と
の間には空隙部が設けられ、該空隙部にはコイル
ばね16が装着され、無負荷状態においてポンチ
ロツド15をハンドル自由端方向へ弾撥後退させ
ている。前記ポンチロツド15はハンドル3を矢
示P方向に押圧することによつての枢支部付近に
設けられた押圧突起部31に押されて溝13へ進
出可能とされ、該ポンチロツド15が対向する支
持体12bには前記ポンチロツド小外径部15b
が進入可能とした逃げ孔17が設けられている。
