Conventionally, this type of lift device was used, and Figures 1a and 1
(b) As shown in the figure, a lift b is suspended from running rails a and a provided on the ceiling to lift the vehicle body c to carry out a predetermined work, or as shown in figures 2a and 2b, a lift radiating from the ceiling is used. There is a type in which a tilting arm d that can be tilted is suspended from the top of the vehicle, and a lift b is provided at the tip of each arm d to lift the vehicle body c to carry out a predetermined work. Because of the presence of rails a, a, inclined arms d, etc., the distance A between the top surface of the lifted car body c and the ceiling as shown in Figures 1b and 2b usually needs to be 1000 mm or more, and Taking into account the height B and the distance c from the bottom surface of the car body c to the floor surface, which takes into account the workability under the lifted car body c, the distance from the floor to the ceiling needs to be 4200 mm or more. However, maintenance shops such as general automobile dealerships use the first floor of multi-story buildings, and in many cases the ceiling height is 4000 mm, making it difficult to install conventional equipment such as the one described above.

In addition, with conventional lifts suspended from the ceiling, worker safety may be compromised due to the lift falling due to breakage of the hanging members, etc., and fall prevention devices are required to prevent this. The structure was complicated and expensive, and there was a risk that it would not work effectively.

Reference numerals 15 and 15 are safety claws that are pivoted to the frame body 5a and spring outward by a spring 17; 16 and 16 are provided on the guide column 3 and these safety claws 15,
15 is a rack that engages with each other, 17 is a safety claw 15,
Reference numeral 15 indicates an operating body that moves upward to tilt inward against a bullet, 18 indicates an operating handle that moves it upward, and when the support table 5 rises, the safety claw 1
5, 15 do not engage with the racks 16, 16, but when the support table 5 is lowered, the operating handle 18 is operated to move the actuating body 17 upwards, and the safety claws 15, 15 and the racks 16, It is used to release the engagement with 16. In addition, even if the support table 5 is in the upper position and the support table 5 suddenly falls due to a break in the chain 14 or the hydraulic circuit, the safety claws 15, 15 can be easily locked.
6 to ensure the safety of workers working under the support table 5 without lowering the vehicle body A and the support table 5. 19 is a power supply table, 20 is a sliding contact of a slip ring attached to the upper end of the fixed shaft 6, and 21 is the sliding contact 20.
The control box 21 is a control box that is rotatably wired through the control box 21. The control box 21 has built-in relays, magnetic switches, terminal blocks, etc., and from here the support table 5 of each guide column 3 can be raised and lowered. Wiring is provided to each hydraulic pump 10, position detector, and switch box 22 so that they can be controlled.

Next, the operation will be explained. That is, when the "UP" push button of the switch box 22 is pressed, the hydraulic pump 10 is driven while the "UP" push button is pressed, and the support table 5 is moved as described above.
rises. When the "UP" push button is released, the hydraulic pump 10 stops driving and the support table 5 stops rising. At this time, the safety claws 15, 15 engage the racks 16, 16 to prevent the vehicle body A and the support table 5 from falling unexpectedly. Also, “DOWN” in switch box 22
When the push button is pressed, the electromagnetic valve attached to the hydraulic pump 10 opens while the push button is pressed, and the oil in the hydraulic cylinder 12 is discharged into the oil tank 11, and the support table 5 is lowered by its own weight. At this time, operate the operating handle 18 to release the safety claw 15,
15 and the racks 16, 16 are disengaged from each other.

Next, when rotating the annular rail 3 by 120 degrees,
The drive motor 8 is driven and rotated only when all of the "TURN" illuminated switches in the switch box 22 of each guide column 3 are pressed and illuminated. At this time, a buzzer sounds to ensure worker safety. If an emergency occurs during this rotation, it is preferable to stop the rotation using the "STOP" switch in the switch box 22. Through the operation of the switch box 22 as described above, the cleaning of the vehicle body and the inspection and maintenance of the vehicle body are carried out by the workers at the respective work stations and as shown in the third figure. Although the above embodiment shows a case in which three vehicle body support tables 5 are provided, the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of support tables 5 may be provided in accordance with the method of inspection and maintenance.

As described above, according to the present invention, the annular rail 4 is supported by the rollers 2 arranged at appropriate intervals on the annular locus of the floor surface 1, and a plurality of guide columns each having a vehicle body support table 5 that moves up and down are provided on the annular rail 4. 3 is installed upright, there is no need for hanging members from the ceiling like in conventional equipment, and the height of the equipment can be lowered, making it easy to install in general car dealerships and other maintenance shops. Since it is not suspended from the ceiling like in the past, worker safety can be ensured, and the structure is simple.
