本考案は気蓄器用安全弁の改良に関するもので

の原因により摺動しなくなると安全弁自体が作動
しなくなり、きわめて危険となるばかりでなく開
弁および閉弁の応答速度が遅く、かつ制御圧に対
し正確に作動しない等の欠点を有するものであつ

端栓8,9はそれぞれOリング5a,5bを介し
て気密的に螺合締結される。上記作動孔7はシリ
ンダ孔10と段孔11とからなり、該段孔11に
螺設した雌ネジに対して孔端から挿入した押えナ
ツト12を螺合するとともに、該押えナツト12
端と段孔11の段部11a間にリン青銅等の薄板
からなり、かつ一定の面圧によつて破裂するよう
になる破裂板13が気密的に介挿され押えナツト
12の端部に穿設した腔孔12aとシリンダ孔1
0間を隔絶する。また前記連通孔6bは上記押え
ナツト12と段孔11間に形成される環状空間A
に開口するとともに、該押えナツト12軸部に穿
設したオリフイス12bを介して腔孔12aに連
通する。14は前記シリンダ孔10に対しOリン
グ15を介して気密的に、かつ摺動自在に内挿し
たピストンであり、該ピストン14の段孔11側
には尖頭16aを有する破砕突起16が突設され
るとともにピストン14と段部11a間に弾装し
たコイルスプリング17により適宜弾性圧により
常時端栓8側に保持される。当該ピストン14の
後端には小突起14aが突設され、該小突起14
aが端栓8の内端に当接してピストン14の背面
に小間隙Bを形成するとともに前記連通孔6aは
この小間隙B部に開口する。また、18は上記シ
リンダ孔10に開設した排気孔であり、ピストン
