FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of the apparatus of the present invention. 1 is a core type in which an endless steel belt wound around the outer peripheral surface of a mandrel (M) rotates in the circumferential direction and moves in the axial direction. The core mold 1 rotates once in the circumferential direction while the mandrel (M) rotates once, and also moves in the axial direction by the width of the steel belt. 2 is a presser roll.
The roll 2 is rotatably fixed at both ends of the axis of the roll 2 so that its smooth outer peripheral surface has a predetermined distance (d) from the outer peripheral surface of the core mold 1. The core mold 1 is installed on one side and can be rotated by a drive machine 3 separately from the core mold 1, and is made of a material such as metal or plastic. The surface condition of the roll 2 is not limited to being smooth, but may be wavy or gear-shaped with a constant period. In this case, the outer peripheral surface connecting the ridges of the wavy or gear-like shape is the core. It is sufficient that they are installed at a predetermined distance (d) from the outer peripheral surface of the mold 1.

Further, the presser roll 2 is not limited to the parallel roll, but may also be used as a tapered roll shown in FIG. 2, and it is not necessarily required that it be rotatable by the drive machine 3. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, the conveyor 14 may be rotated between the roll 2' and another turn roll 2'' to serve as a presser roll. In this case, the water surface of the conveyor 14 may be made horizontal.
Although it may be tilted toward the core mold 1 side, if it is tilted, the molding material will more easily bite into the space between the core mold 1 and the conveyor 14.

4 and 4' are stoppers. stopper 4,
Reference numerals 4' are provided above the core mold 1 and the presser roll 2 and on both sides of the presser roll 2 to prevent the supplied molding material from spilling out. 13 is a molding material feeder, which is installed above the gap formed by the outer peripheral surface of the core mold 1, the outer peripheral surface of the presser roll 2, and the stopper, and molds the molding material while always forming a chevron-shaped bank in the gap. The amount of molding material supplied can be adjusted so that the material layer is formed.

A mold release material 5 is wound around the outer surface of the core mold 1, and a glass roving 8' impregnated with a thermosetting resin liquid is wound thereon as necessary to form an inner surface layer 8, and an upper presser roll is formed on the mold release material 5. A molding material feeder feeds the molding material 11' containing a thermosetting resin liquid into the gap formed between 1
3 (for example, a mixer) to form an intermediate layer 11 having a predetermined thickness. In this way, the intermediate layer 11 is pressed in a pressed state while constantly forming a chevron-shaped bank 111'.
As a result, the molding material 11' is sufficiently defoamed, and an intermediate layer 11 having a dense structure and a uniform thickness can be obtained.

In this case, by turning the coating material 6 on the presser roll 2 and covering the molding material layer with this coating material 6, it is possible to effectively prevent the molding material layer from deforming or falling, and the presser roll 2 is driven separately. It is convenient because there is no need to
If it is a tapered roll whose diameter gradually becomes larger in the axial movement direction of the core mold 1 as shown in FIG.
The molding material containing the thermosetting resin liquid can be conveniently wound spirally without slack in the axial direction of movement, and if the presser roll 2 is heated at a temperature of 70°C or less and molded, the molding material containing the thermosetting resin liquid can be formed. This is advantageous because the layer is moderately softened in that area and easily degassed, and the surface becomes smooth.

On the molding material layer that has passed through the presser roll 2, a glass roving 12' impregnated with a thermosetting resin liquid is wound as necessary to form an outer surface layer 12, and then passed through a curing furnace 7. The composite tube is then cured and demolded to produce a composite tube provided with a layer of molding material having a predetermined thickness.
