着されている。これらの垂直ローラ10,10は
平行リンク8,8によつて常に支持部材3及び回
転刃5の軸4と平行に維持されて回転刃5の刃先
が垂直ローラ10,10の中間部と対応する高さ
において回転刃5の反対側のパイプ内面に密接す
るものである。また、回転枠体1にはハンドル1
2付きの調節ねじ13が螺挿されており、その先
端は支持部材3に透設された長孔14を貫通して
下側の平行リンク8に当接させてハンドル12を
回転すると調節ねじ13の先端により平行リンク
8が押されて枢動し、垂直ローラ10,10をパ
イプ50の内径に合わせて平行に移動させること
ができるようになつている。なお、図中15は回
転枠体1内に挿通された支持部材3を回転枠体1
に上下位置調節自在に取付けるためのセツトボル

の内周面に次第に深く切れ目を形成してパイプ5
