Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明はスクリーン印刷全般に係り、特に高位置精度を
要求されるプリント回路板及び厚膜ＩＣの各種印刷に好
適なスクリーン版に関する。
〔発明の背景〕
従来のスクリーン版は、寸法調整機能を全く有していな
かったため、寸法の伸縮を補正するた、めには、マスク
ディルムの段階で行なわなければならなかった。またス
クリーン版の経時的寸法変化及びスクリーン版毎の伸縮
量のばらつきに対しては対処できないため高位置精度を
得られないという欠点があった。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明の目的は、高位置精度スクリーン印刷を可能にす
ることにある。
〔発明の概要〕
本発明は、スクリーン版のメッシユに微小穴を明けるこ
とにより、寸法が変化することを利用し、予め微小穴を
明けるためのメツシュを従来のスクリーン版に設けたも
のである。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例を図により説明する。
アルミ製スクリーン版枠１、テトロン又はステンレスメ
ツシュの非印刷領域２、及び印刷領域３から成る従来の
スクリーン版に、寸法の伸縮を補正するための微小穴を
明ける領域として、０．１〜０．３闘厚のアルミ基材の
シリコン系接着剤付きテープ４を版枠内側より０〜１０
０ｇｍ、印刷領域３の外周から５０〜２５０１１ｍの位
置に３Ｑｓｎ以上の幅でスキージ−面に貼り付けたもの
から成る。
寸法が伸びた場合はその方向の両側のテープ上に０．５
〜１．０鴎の微小穴を３〜１０顛ピツチで一様に明ける
ことにより、補正量はその人数により調整する。また縮
んだ場合には八を明けたの′ち、乳剤面にメツシーを引
張りながらテープを貼り付けることにより補正する。
本実施例によれば、±０，１酩の位置精度Ｆ　５００×
５００闘サイズの印刷が可能である。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、スクリーン版の寸法伸縮の補正を印刷
しながら行なえるため、スクリーン版の経時的寸法変化
、スクリーン版毎の伸縮量のばらつき、及び環境に伴な
う寸法変化をそれぞれ吸収することができるので位置精
度の高い印刷を行なうことができる。

    法の伸縮を補正するためのメッシュを設けたことを特徴
    とする高位置精度印刷用スクリーン版。
