    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体側に設けるストツパと、車体側に回動自在に取付け
    られて日覆を支持する四辺形リンク機構と、この四辺形
    リンク機構の前記ストツパと対向させるオーニングステ
    ーに嵌挿され且つ前記ストツバに嵌脱させる締付リング
    からなる折畳式日覆固定具において、前記締付リングの
    懸けとめ懸け外し可能な係止片をこれに懸けとめた前記
    締付リングが前記ストツパと当接しないように前記オー
    ニングステーに取付けたことを特徴とする建設車両にお
    ける折畳式日覆固定具。
