、１１はスライド棒、１２はセンサ、１３は検出回路を
示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント板が装着されるテーブルと、該テーブルの上面
    に対して上昇および降下され、半田付テイプを有する昇
    降機構と、該昇降機構を駆動する昇降駆動部とを備え、
    該テイプによって該プリント板に半田付すべき電子部品
    の半田付を行うボンデイング装置であって、前記昇降機
    構の降下により前記電子部品に肖接されてスライドされ
    る部材と該部材のスライドを検出するセンサ検出器とを
    設けると共に、該センサ検出器の出力信号が前記昇降駆
    動部に送出され、該比力信号に基すき該昇降駆動部が該
    昇降機構の制御を行うことを特徴とするボンデイング装
    置。
