Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 温度測定用水晶と基準用水晶とを有する温度検出手
段と、該温度検出手段の出力信号を入力して前記温度測
定用水晶の発振周波数を計数する計数手段と、該計数手
段の計数信号を入力して測定温度を演算する演算手段と
を有し、前記計数手段は前記基準用水晶を原発振とする
信号を基準信号として前記温度測定用水晶の発振周波数
を計数すると共に、前記演算手段は所定の近似関数によ
って測定温度を算出することを特徴とする水晶温度計。 ２ 所定の近似関係は少なくとも３次項までの、温度を
変数とする変数項を有することを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の水晶温度計。
