る測定用具、３・・・被測定振動子、４・・・位相電圧
計、５・・・周波数カウンタ、６，７・・・増幅器、８

盃とともに上記周波数シンーセサイザーが与えられる周
波数の変化に対して上−総ベクトル電圧計の検出電圧を
直線的に変化させるように補正する直線性補正回路を介
して共振時の抵抗を求める所定の演算を行なう演算器側
と与えこの演算器の演算結果を表示器で表示することを

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛周波数シンセサイザーと棹濱Ｉ定振動子を接続した伝
    送法による測定用具との出力の位相差をベクトルの電圧
    計によって比較して上記被測定振動子の共振周波数を測
    定するとともに上記周波弊シンセサイザーから与えられ
    る周波数の変化に対し゛て上記ベクトル電圧計の検出電
    圧を直線的に変化させるように補正する直麺性補正回路
    を介して共振時の抵抗を求める所定の演算を行なう演算
    器に与えこの演算器の演算結果を表示器で表示すること
    を特徴とする共振抵抗測定装置。
