Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 建築物２における屋根３には融雪用樋４を設け、上
    記屋根３と上記樋４と小屋裏２Ａ側には通気層３Ａ，４
    Ａを設けると共に、上記建築物２における側壁５には小
    屋裏２Ａと床下１０とに連通ずる通気層５Ａを形成し、
    上記床下１０の地中には砕石などの蓄熱材７Ａを収納し
    た地熱層７を配設すると共に、当該地熱層７には床下１
    ０の間で吸気パイプ７Ｂを設け、かつ、上記樋４より上
    記地熱槽７を通って排水桝に達する融雪水の排水パイプ
    ６は内方の排水パイプ６Ａとこのパイプ６Ａの外周に通
    気路６Ｂを設けて配した外パイプ６Ｃとからなり、上記
    通気路６Ｂは上記通気層４Ａに連通していると共に上記
    小屋裏２Ａ、床下１０，地熱槽７とも連通し、かつ、上
    記建物築物２に配設したエアニコレクター８は上記小屋
    裏２Ａ，通気層５Ａとも一 連通せしめたことを特徴と
    す５る融雪屋根を有する建築物。 ２ 上記エアーコレクター８は小〜裏２Ａ，通気ｉ５Ａ
    との間ではパッシブダンパー８Ａをまた外気との間では
    換気ダンパー８Ｂがそれぞれ設けられている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の融雪屋根を有する建築物。
