Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下側ケーシング２１とダイヤフラム３との間にパッキン
    ２を介装し、該パッキン２により前記ダイヤフラム３を
    上側ケーシング７に圧接保持させている圧力検出装置に
    おいて、前記下側ケーシング２１に環状ばね板２４の内
    周縁部を固定し、このばね板２４の外周縁部に前記ダイ
    ヤフラム３の受圧面外周部を上側ケーシング７に押圧す
    るための環状部材２５を設けたことを特徴とする圧力検
    出装置。
