    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 凹状の圧力供給室１を形成した圧力室フレーム３と、上
    記圧力供給室１の上側開口を０１Ｊング４を介在させて
    塞ぐように位置されているダイヤフラム５と、上記圧力
    供給室１の上側周縁に形成した周縁段部３′に、周縁部
    が止着されるばね板６と、上記圧力供給室１内に供給さ
    れた流体圧力によるダイヤフラム５の動作を電気的出力
    に変換する可変抵抗器９及び１０を有する圧力検出器に
    おいて、上記圧力フレーム３に形成されている周縁段部
    ３′に、ダイヤフラム５及びばね板６の周縁部を重合し
    て止着せしめたことを特徴とする圧力検出器。
