試験の概要を示す正面図、第６図は従来の山付き■ベル
トの１部の斜視図である。 図中、１は山付きＶベルト、２はベルト本体、３は角状
の突出片、４は抗張体、５は伸張ゴム層、６は圧縮ゴム
層、７はゴム付帆布、８は接合部の背面部を示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）抵張体の上部に伸張ゴム層を、下部に圧縮ゴム層
    を配じ、少なくともベルト背面を除くベルト面をゴム付
    き帆布にて被覆してベルト本体を形成し、該ベルト本体
    の背面に角状の突出片群を所定間隔にて突設せしめた山
    付きＶベルトにおいて、前記角状の突糸片はベルト本体
    寄りのベルト接合部分が低硬度ゴム層にて、突出片の残
    部は高硬度ゴム層の硬度の異る２層をもって構成されて
    いる山付き■ベルト。
  2. （２）前記低硬度ゴム層は硬度４０〜５５゜、高硬度ゴ
    ム層は硬度６０〜７５゜のゴム配合物よりなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の山付き■ベルト。
  3. （３）前記低度ゴム層の長さは突出片全長の１〜１２％
    の範囲にある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載の山付きＶベルト。
