Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は円盤状記録媒体の収納容器に係り、特
に円盤状記録媒体を再生装置に装填する際に、収
納容器に収納したままで再生装置に挿入し、再生
装置に記録媒体を残して収納容器のみを取り出す
形式の円盤状記録媒体再生装置に適用するに好適
な収納容器を提供することを目的とする。
従来この種の収納容器としては、対称形の上面
及び下面を別々に成型して、これを貼り合せて完
成させるものが用いられていた。
しかしながら、このように上面及び下面を別々
に成型して形成する場合には、この種の収納容器
に収容される円盤状記録媒体は、直径が25cm〜30
cm程度あるのが普通であり、これを収容する容器
は当然これより大きくなるため、大型の金型が必
要になり、かつ成型のための場合もかかり、コス
ト高となり生産性も良くなかつた。
本考案は、このような容器を筒状の本体と、こ
の本体の後端部に嵌入される後蓋部とにより構成
することにより、最も大きな部分を占める本体を
押し出し成型可能とし、比較的小さな金型で成型
可能とし、安価に生産性良く成型し得るようにし
たものであり、以下図面とともにその実施例を説
明する。
第１図は本考案の一実施例の平面図であり、第
２図はその一部拡大断面図である。
図に示すように、収納容器本体１は筒状に成型
されており、その後端に後蓋部２が挿入固着され
ており、その先端には前蓋３が挿入されるように
開口部が設けられている。収納容器本体１は上下
面部及び側面部５を有する筒状に形成されてお
り、上下面部４の側面部５の近傍には肉厚部６が
設けられており、また上下面部４の中央部は肉薄
部７となつている。
この上下面部４の側面部５と連接された肉厚部
６と肉薄部７を介した所定の位置に、開口部より
後方（長手方向）に延在する複数本の突条８が設
けられている。
この突条８は、収納容器内に円盤状記録媒体が
収納された状態で再生装置内に挿入された際に再
生装置内の押し拡げ機構により開口部が押し拡げ
られた際のダンパーとして作動するために設けら
れたものである。
すなわち、第３図に示すように、収納容器本体
１の中央部を押し拡げた際、この複数の突条８に
よつて、収納容器本体１の上下面４がむやみに変
形することなく、これがダンパーとして機能し
て、上下面４はこの突条８の部分まで拡がりを許
容されて、それより先の部分は広がらないので上
下面部４と側面部５の接合部あるいは肉厚部６と
肉薄部７の接合部に押し拡げた際の変形の影響が
およばず、これらの部分からの破損が防止され
る。
この収納容器本体１はたとえば透光性を有する
塩化ビニール等の合成樹脂材料に、チタン等の散
光用の金属粉を微量（0.4〜0.8％程度）混入した
材料を、この収納容器の断面形状の押し出し成型
金型より押し出し、所定の長さに切断し、前蓋を
嵌入するのに用いる孔９，１０，１１等を切断と
同時に形成する。
また、この切断及び孔９，１０，１１の形成と
同時もしくはその工程の後に、前端部に持上り部
１２を形成する。この持上り部１２は、再生装置
内に収納容器が挿入された際に再生装置の押し広
げ機構が収納容器内に進入しやすくするととも
に、成型した円盤状記録媒体を収納容器に入れや
すくするためのものである。
第５図は本考案の他の実施例を示すものであ
り、側面部５に凹溝１３を設け、この凹溝１３
に、収納されている記録媒体の内容を表示する背
文字用スライド銘板１４を挿入しうるように構成
したものである。このようにすれば収納容器を立
ててならべて置いた場合に内容がただちに判り、
きわめて便利である。
この凹溝１３は、図示の如く、その側方に突出
部１５を有しておりスライド銘板１４がはずれな
いように構成してある。
なお、上記実施例では後蓋２、収納容器本体１
は別個の成型したものであり、挿入、引き出しの
際に指がすべらないように上下に凹部１６を有し
ており、成型後接着剤等で収納容器本体１に接合
される。
第６図は、後蓋の他の実施例を示すものであ
り、上述の如く押し出し成型された収納容器本体
１内に成型用金型の凸部を挿入するとともに後端
部を発泡成型金型内に入れ、発泡スチロール等の
発泡樹脂材を注入して内部で発泡成型させ（発泡
スチロールの場合10〜20％程度の発泡率とす
る）、後蓋を形成せしめる。このようにして後蓋
を成型すれば、あらためて後蓋を接着する必要が
なく、しかも収納容器内の円盤状記録媒体に接合
する部分１７は、金型の凸部に押しつけられるた
め発泡率が比較的低くなり固くなるので良好に保
持でき、収納容器１の外側に出た部分１８、発泡
率が比較的高く、柔軟性があるので、誤つて落し
た際などに落下衝撃防止用クツシヨンとして作用
する。
なお、上記の実施例によれば、収納容器本体は
80℃においてアニールされるので、70℃±３℃ま
では変形せず、また塩化ビニール等の比較的軟質
の材料を用いているので落下等の衝撃に強く、ま
た円盤状記録媒体の高度よりも収納容器の高度が
低いため、収納容器に押圧力がかかつても、円盤
状記録媒体に疵がつく危険がほとんどない。
本考案になる円盤状記録媒体収納容器は叙上の
ごとき構成であるから、筒状に形成された収納容
器本体はその上下面の側方に長手方向に延在する
複数の突条によつて、中央部が押し広げられた
際、突条がダンパーとして機能するため、この拡
開力が上下面の他の部分におよぶことなく、上下
面の変形を防止し得、また、この収納容器本体
を、例えば射出成型などにて形成する際、大きな
金型を必要とせず、簡単に製造可能であるので、
安価に歩留り良く製造することができるなどの特
長を有する。

  1. その上下面部の側方の長手方向に複数本の突条
    を備えて筒状に形成された収納容器本体と、該収
    納容器本体の後端に挿入固着された後蓋と、該収
    納容器本体の前端に着脱自在に嵌合された前蓋と
    よりなる円盤状記録媒体収納容器。
