る。従来の貯湯式湯沸器にあつては、第4図に示
すように貯湯槽1′内の湯温をサーモスタツト

弁3′を制御してガスインプツトを加減する構造
となつているにすぎないので、例えばサーモスタ
ツト2′を40℃に設定すると貯湯槽1′内の湯温が
40℃になるようにガスインプツトをガス制御弁
3′で調節し、出湯管9′からの出湯温は当然40℃
で安定する。しかし、急に70℃の湯が欲しいとき
にはサーモスタツト2′を70℃に設定しなおすの
であるが、貯槽内の熱容量が大きいため出湯管
9′からの湯温が70℃になるまでの時間遅れが大
きい。また逆に70℃の出湯時に40℃の出湯を所望
する場合には70℃高温湯を放出する必要が生じ、
大きな熱量の無駄になるなどの欠点があつた。

バランス板17を押し離すよう付勢している。モ
ーターMの軸を所定角度だけ回転させると、これ
にともなつて調整カム13が回動し、支点Iの位
置でバランス板17が傾斜し高温湯側バルブ20
と冷水側のバルブ21の開度が変化して所望温度
の混合水が出湯さる。そして主として冷水側の流
れに温度の変動が生じて混合水に所望温度との差
が生じてもその不均衡に応じて感熱液が膨張収縮
し、ベローズ15を介してスピンドルを上下に動
かし、高温湯、冷水の流量を同時に調節して設定
温度の混合水となるよう混合流量を変化させるも
のである。

の回動角度で定まる温度、すなわちダイヤル6で
設定された所望温度に制御されるのである。
