- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 処理すべき信号が印加される入力端を有し所定電位にバ
イアスされたＣＭＯＳ集積回路と、このＣＯＭＳ集積回
路の入力端に印加される処理信号を発生する信号発生回
路と、 前記処理信号が前記ＣＭＯＳ集積回路にアクセスされる
期間を規定するゲートパルスを発生する処理信号ゲート
パルス発生回路と、 前記ゲートパルスにより規定されるアクセス期間以外の
非アクセス期間、前記ＣＭＯＳ集積回路の入力端側電位
を一定蝋位に設定し、前記処理信号の供給を停止する処
理信号ゲート回路とを具備したことを特徴とするＣＭＯ
Ｓ集積回路の駆動制御回路。
