DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a relay console control system, and more particularly to a relay console identification system in which the incoming call display can be distinguished from a call re-arrival request to the relay console from an open call.

In general, there are two methods for handling calls at the central office line attendant in an automatic switchboard: monitoring call handling and release call handling; However, the number of calls to be monitored is limited by the number of cord circuits on the relay console. There is. In the latter case, after the attendant is released from a call, the attendant does not monitor the call, and cannot intervene unless the call arrives at the attendant again.

By the way, in the conventional relay stand control method,
When there is a recall call request (an incoming call request to the attendant again) from an open call that was connected via the attendant, it is not possible to identify the incoming call display on the attendant that handled the call. The same incoming display was displayed for all relay consoles, and therefore, a connection was established only with the relay console that responded first among all relay consoles.

In this type of attendant control system, if the attendant who previously handled the open call has a request, the same incoming call display will be displayed on all attendant consoles when a recall call is requested from this open call. Therefore, it cannot be identified, and the relay console that handles the same call will be different each time a recall request is received, so it is inevitable that the efficiency of the call will deteriorate, and the relay console must be monitored. There were some shortcomings that degraded the service. In addition, for this purpose, we have changed the handling of all relay stations.
Although it is conceivable to use the above-mentioned monitoring call, in this case, the number of calls handled by the relay stand is naturally limited by the number of string circuits of the relay stand, which is inconvenient.

An object of the present invention is to provide a relay stand that can improve the efficiency of calls and improve the monitoring service of the relay stand by making it possible to distinguish the incoming call display in response to a re-arrival request to the relay stand from an open call. To provide a control method.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention, in an automatic switching system having two or more relay boards, records in a control memory the number of the relay board in charge of handling the call in the state of an open call. In response to a re-arrival request from an open call to a relay console, the incoming call display is made different between the relay console in charge and the relay console not in charge, based on the record number in the control memory.

Now, for example, as shown in Figure 2 A, a telephone
When a call in which TEL and relay stand ATT#1 are in a communication state through the communication path device NW is released by the operation of the attendant operator, the call becomes an open call communication state as shown in Figure 2 (b). At this time, the number of the relay stand in charge that handled the open call state is recorded in the address corresponding to the office line trunk COT#0 in the control memory M.
Next, when there is an incoming recall request from the open call, the incoming call is displayed as shown in Figure 2C, and a ringing trunk is displayed on the telephone TEL.
While the RBT sends out a ring tone, the relay console in charge is checked based on the record number in the control memory M, and the relay console in charge of ATT#1 and the rest of the relay consoles other than this are checked based on the record number in the control memory M. Different incoming call displays are displayed on relay consoles ATT#0, ATT#2 to ATT#n. FIG. 3 is a system diagram showing the lamp display control of each relay stand when a recall call is requested according to the present invention. For example, as clearly shown in FIG. 120 on the incoming call indicator by A
The blinking display is again ATT#0, ATT
#2 to ATT#n are each lit up by the recall incoming call lamp control circuit B, and clearly identified and displayed on the attendant relay stand ATT#1. As a result, the relay stand ATT#1 in charge can respond immediately, and as shown in Figure 2 D, the telephone
and the relay stand ATT#1 in charge enters a response call state.

Note that the response of the above-mentioned relay console operator does not necessarily have to be the relay console in charge ATT#1, but depending on the situation at that time, the response from the relay console handler may be ATT#0, ATT#0,
Of course, it is possible to respond appropriately from ATT#2 to ATT#n.

In addition, if multiple recall requests occur at the same time, the call with the first recall request is given priority and the above-mentioned call display is displayed, and each time that call is answered, the next recall request is called. Since the incoming call display will change as required, the identification of the relay console in charge will be displayed each time there is a response.Of course, if the previous requested call and the relay console in charge are different, the incoming call display will change. One thing is easily understood.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, in an automatic switching system having two or more attendant consoles, when a recall request call is received from an open call to an attendant attendant, the attendant Before answering, it is very easy to identify whether the requested call is a requested call from a previous call handled by the user, which improves the efficiency of the call and allows the telephone to be turned on and off in succession. This has an excellent effect in that the monitoring service of a relay stand operator for a series call requesting a call, a call with a known call charge, etc. can be fully realized even at a relay stand that handles open calls.
