Before a sock can be put on the market as a product, it must be inspected. Inspection of socks is to check for unevenness that occurs when the socks are finished setting, or for poor sewing on the sock toe area, etc., and conventionally, socks are inspected using a single piece of sock that is rotatably erected by an appropriate means. One worker places the socks to be inspected one by one on the inspection template, rotates the template and inspects the socks on both sides of the template, distinguishes between defective and non-defective products, and picks out the non-defective products. For example, in preparation for the packaging of socks, a predetermined number of socks were stacked in bundles.

In FIG. 3, a carry-out member 60 is provided below the stacking plate 51 with a distance corresponding to the thickness of the socks stacked in a bundle, and guide plates 63a and 63b are fixedly arranged on both sides of the carry-out member 60. However, it goes without saying that the carrying-out member 60 can function similarly even if it is provided directly below the stacking plate 51. In this case, it is necessary to open the side of the guide frame 53a from which the bundled socks are taken out.

In the case where the above-mentioned separation is provided between the stacking board 51 and the carrying-out member 60 as shown in FIG. The socks accumulated in step 51 are temporarily transferred to the conveyor belt 62 of the carrying-out member 60.
After supplying the socks by dropping them onto the conveyor belt 62, the stacking board 51 is returned to its original position as shown by the solid line in FIG. By placing the bundled socks on top of the sock 51, the socks accumulated twice can be carried out at once in a bundle. At this time, naturally, the conveyor belt 62 of the carrying-out member 60 must be configured to run intermittently.

This accumulating member first collects the socks H dropped from the sock receiving plate 40 and collects them on the upper accumulating plate 70a.
After stacking a predetermined number of sheets as shown in FIG. dropping and supplying a bundle of socks to a predetermined position on the accumulation board 70b;
Furthermore, the upper stacking plate 70a is returned to its original position as shown in FIG. 7D, and the socks are stacked again, and the stacked socks are first placed on the lower stacking plate 70b as shown in FIG. 6E. The bundle of socks is stacked on top of the bundled socks. Thereafter, the lower stacking plate 70b is moved as shown in FIG. 6F, and the stacked socks are dropped and supplied onto the carrying-out member 60 via the fixed guide member 71.

That is, if the socks H are dropped directly from the receiving plate 40 onto the stacking board 70b below, the socks will come apart, making it difficult to stack the socks in a bundle correctly at a predetermined position on the stacking board 70b. Then, the upper accumulating plate 70a receives and partially accumulates the socks, and by stacking the partially accumulated socks, a large number of socks are transferred to the lower accumulating plate 70b.
They can be stacked horizontally in a bundle.

Although the case where the above-mentioned stacking plates are configured as a pair of upper and lower stackers has been described, by increasing the number of stacking plates, a larger number of socks can be stacked in a bundle and fed onto the carrying-out member 60. can. For example, the lower stacking plate 70b of the stacking member shown in FIG. 6A.
As shown in FIG. 6E, stacking plates are provided at appropriate intervals below the stacking plate 70b to receive the socks accumulated on the stacking plate 70b as shown in FIG. 6E. , accumulation board 7
By supplying and placing the socks newly accumulated on 0b in the state shown in FIG. 6E on the bundled socks previously supplied on the new accumulation board, the socks shown in FIG. It is possible to accumulate twice the number of socks. In FIG. 6E, a case is shown in which five socks are accumulated on each of the accumulation plates 70a and 70b, but it is of course possible to accumulate two socks, for example. Since the spacing between the stacking plates 70a and 70b and the spacing between the receiving plate 40 and the stacking plate 70a are narrowed, the sock stacking operation performed by dropping the socks horizontally can be performed more reliably.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7A, an accumulation plate 72 is arranged horizontally below the sock receiving plate 40 with an appropriate interval (corresponding to at least the thickness of one sock). A fixed guide member 73 is fixedly disposed at the side end of the stacking plate 72 and extends from above the carrying-out member 60 to above the receiving plate 40 . Each time a sock H is dropped horizontally from the receiving plate 40, the accumulating plate 72 descends by the thickness of one sock, and as shown in FIG. 7B, a predetermined number of socks are stacked on the accumulating plate 72. Although the drive mechanism for the stacking plate 72 is not shown in the drawings, for example, an air cylinder is installed horizontally on the side of a sliding body screwed onto a vertical screw shaft, and the tip of the piston rod of the air cylinder is used to move the stacking plate 72. The stacking plate 72 is fixed to the side surface of the direction, and by rotating the screw shaft with an appropriate driving source and sliding the sliding body along an appropriate guide rod, the stacking plate 72 is reciprocally raised and lowered, and the air cylinder is operated. Therefore, the stacking plate 72 can be moved back and forth in the horizontal direction.

According to the above-mentioned sock extraction and stacking device, the conventional work of manually pulling inspected socks from the template of a sock inspection machine and stacking a predetermined number of socks into bundles can now be done automatically. It can be carried out continuously, and one worker attaches the socks to the inspection template, inspects them, then distinguishes between good and defective socks, pulls them out from the template, and collects the good socks in a bundle. Compared to the conventional method, the efficiency of sock inspection work can be significantly improved, and worker fatigue can be reduced, allowing workers to concentrate on the sock inspection work, thereby reducing inspection errors. can be reduced.
