Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 雨滴を検知してワイパを自動作用させる信号を発生する
ような光学センサの車両窓への取付装置に関する。
〔従来技術〕
特開昭５７−１１８９５２号公報に例示される光学セン
サは、車両窓に対して接着手段をもって取付けることが
提案されている。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
接着による場合、取付に注意を要し取替が不便である。
本発明はかかる不具合を解消しようとするものである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明によれば、光学センサは第１部材に載置され、第
１部材はコイル状ばね部材の付勢のもとに第２部材に回
動可能に支持され、第２部材が車体に固定される。
〔作用〕
しかして、第１部材はコイル状ばね部材のコイル部分の
弾性復元力により、車両窓に押しつけられ、車体振動の
影響を受けることなく光学センサの車両窓への圧接状態
を維持する。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、車両窓に付加的な物品を取付けること
なく、光学センサを車両窓に取付けることができ、かつ
光学センサの脱着も容易である。
〔実施例〕
第１図において、中空の第１部材ｌは赤外線透過性を有
する樹脂材料で形成され、発光素子と受光素子を有する
光学センサ２が内部に接着等により載置されている。３
は赤外線透過性を有するゴム材料からなる弾性板で、第
１部材１の外面で光学センサ２の位置する平らな部分に
接着されている。
第１部材１に一体に形成したアーム４は、第２部材５に
取付けたピン６に軸止されて第１部材１が回動できるよ
うに支持関係を実現する。第２部材５は樹脂または金属
よりなり、第１部材１と第２材５とを係合するコイル状
ばね部材７が両部材１．５の間に設けである。コイル状
ばね部材７の一端はアーム４に設けたピン８に、他端は
第２部材５のピン９にそれぞれ係止され、そのコイル部
７ａは第１部材１を矢印方向に付勢する弾性復元力を発
生するように取付けられる。この際、第２部材５は取付
穴１０を用いて車体に取付けられる。
１　　　　　　　　第２図はその取付構造を示し、第２
部材５はねじ１１により、車体屋根の前部重両窓１３の
近傍部分に固定される。このとき、コイル状ばね部材７
は、第１部材ｌを車両窓１３に押し付けるように作用し
、光学センサ２は弾性板３を介して車両窓の内面に密着
して支持される。弾性板３は、押付性を良好にするとと
もに車両窓との間に空気層ができるのを防止して、光学
センサの特性を保証する。
本発明は第３図図示のようにコイル状ばね部材１４の取
付方法を変えても同様作用を発揮する。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 光学センサを車両窓に面して取付る装置において、光学
    センサを載置した第１部材と、前記車両窓の近傍で車体
    に固定支持されるとともに、前記第１部材を回動可能に
    結合した第２部材と、一端が前記第１部材に他端が前記
    第２部材に係合されたコイル状ばねの形状をなしそのコ
    イル部分の弾性復元力により前記第１部材を前記車両窓
    に向けて付勢させるコイル状ばね部材と、を備えてなる
    車両窓への光学センサの取付装置。
