[Detailed description of the invention] Conventionally, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, there is a blow-molded drain pan with an air layer provided to provide a heat insulating effect, but if this air layer is thin, the heat insulating effect is small; On the other hand, if the air layer is made thicker, air convection will occur as shown in FIG. 2, which has the disadvantage that the heat insulating effect will be lost, and there is a limit to the heat insulating effect due to the structure.

The present invention aims to increase the heat insulating effect of the air layer by eliminating the above-mentioned air convection, thereby eliminating the need for pasting a heat insulating material and reducing costs.

With conventional drain pans, there was a limit to the insulation effect and it was necessary to add insulation material, but with this invention, by increasing the air layer, the insulation effect can be increased as much as possible. There is no need to add additional components, reducing costs. Moreover, since it is possible to obtain a harder surface than that of a heat insulating material, it is possible to obtain a product with a firmer size and shape.
