Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
従来、第１図及び第２図に示すように、断熱効
果をもたせるため空気層を設けたブロー成形のド
レンパンがあるが、この空気層が薄いと断熱効果
が少なく、一方空気層を厚くすると第２図に示す
様に空気の対流が生じ、かえつて断熱効果が無く
なるという欠点があり、構造上、断熱効果の限度
がある。

本考案は上記空気の対流を無くす事により、空
気層による断熱効果を増し、これによつて断熱材
を貼る必要を無くし、コストダウンを図ろうとす
るものである。

本考案の１実施例が第３図に示され、第３図に
おいてドレンパン１０は隔壁２，３によつて仕切
られ、３つの空気層４，５，６が形成されてい
る。

本考案のドレンパンでは、個々の空気層４，
５，６が薄いので空気層内で空気の対流が生じる
ことなく断熱効果を損う事がない。

り、断熱材ハを追加する必要があつたが、本考案
では、空気層を増す事により、いくらでも断熱効

より硬質の表面を得る事ができるので、寸法、形
状のしつかりした物を得る事ができる。

- 隔壁にて仕切られた複数層の空気層を設けて断
熱効果をもたせたことを特徴とする空気調和機用
ドレンパン。
