In recent years, however, motors for blowers such as electric fans have been covered with a frame formed into a cylindrical container shape by pressing an iron plate, etc. Connect the internal coil yv to the external lead wire connected to the operating section where the air volume changeover switch etc. is located, cover the connection part with an insulating tube and tie it to the coil with thread, and then connect the lead wire. The nutator core is fully press-fitted into the frame while being brought out from a small hole formed in the frame.

It is cumbersome as it is necessary to hold the terminal in hand and solder it one by one.Furthermore, there is also the trouble of covering the connection part with an insulating tube and tying it to the coil with thread, which makes the work difficult for the dormitory and increases the cost. There was a problem that caused this. In addition, the small hole for leading the lead wire connected and fixed in this way out of the frame should be equipped with a protective bushing, as there is a risk of damaging the lead wire at the edge. Furthermore, the folded lead wire for press-fitting the stator core into the frame must be pulled out from the small hole described above. This has to be done at the same time, and not only is it on the opposite side, but there is also the problem that the folded lead wires may be pinched, making it impossible to press fit the stator core or damaging the lead wires. In addition, in order to avoid this, the lead wire is pulled too strongly too quickly, which causes the lead wire to come off the connection or break.

4 is guard. Next, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 5 denotes a cover of the head 2, in which a motor 6 is disposed together with a reduction gear mechanism 7, an oscillating mechanism 8, etc. Specifically, the motor 6 includes a stator 9, a rotor 10, etc., and a front frame 11.
A cylindrical container-shaped frame 11 consisting of α and rear frame 11b. The rotary shaft 12 protrudes from the front and rear of the frame 11, and its rear end is located inside the reduction gear mechanism 7, and its front end is located outside the cover 5, and the rotating shaft 12 protrudes from the front and rear of the frame 11. 3 and the blower blade 3
It is designed to rotate. Here, the frame 11 of the motor 6 is made by pressing both the front frame 11 & rear frame 11b of iron plates, etc., and especially the upper part of the rear frame 11b has a shape as shown in FIG. 3. A wide rectangular opening 13 is formed from the peripheral side surface to the end surface. Reference numeral 14 denotes a connecting portion facing the opening 13, which is also comprised in detail of a fan-shaped plate-shaped terminal block 15 and a required number of connecting terminals 16 each having a base embedded therein. Then, the terminal block 15 connects the pin portion 15 & protruding from the back side of the terminal block 15 to the core 9 of the stator 9.
The coils 9b1 of the stator 9, which are internal coils (not shown), are connected to the connection terminals 16, respectively, and 17 is an external lead wire. solder 1 from the opening 13 of the frame 11 to the connection terminal 16 of the connection part 14.
8 feet, and each other end is connected to the operating section 19 provided on the pace 1, which includes an air volume changeover switch, a timer, etc., by soldering. In addition, 2
Reference numeral 0 designates another opening formed in the frame 11, particularly in the lower part of the rear frame ILB, directly below the opening 13, through which the scraps of the solder 18 that break off when the lead wire 17 is connected to the connection terminal 16 are removed directly from the frame. This prevents the solder 18 from remaining inside the frame 11 and causing any harm.

Consequently, the lead wire 17 to the stator coil/I/9b
The soldering 181t for connection can be performed through the opening 13 of the frame 11 facing the connection terminal 16, and the folding opening 15 is shaped from the side surface to the end surface of the frame 11, especially the rear frame Ilb. It is wide because it is installed, so it does not make you feel cramped when working, and it is also easy to see, and it has an effect that is comparable in terms of ease of work compared to conventional ones that are connected outside the frame.

Since all you have to do is solder 18 to the ends, you can connect them without the hassle of having to hold each pair of wire 9b and lead wire 17 in your hand and apply solder 18. Since it is supported by the connection part 14 with sufficient insulation afterwards, there is no need to worry about tying it to a conventional coil.
Furthermore, if the trouble of insulating tubes and their attachment can be omitted, work efficiency can be greatly improved, and in particular, automation using machines can be achieved. Moreover, in the case of the above configuration,
There is no need to pull out the lead wire 17 from the frame 11 after the connection work, and there is no need for the troublesome and difficult work of press-fitting the stator cob into the frame 11 along with the pulling out work. Since the stator core 9a can be press-fitted independently, the work can be made easier, and this can also be automated by a machine.

This also eliminates the need for the bushings that were conventionally attached to small holes, thus reducing the number of parts used and greatly improving work efficiency, especially when automated by machines. In addition to making it possible, it is also possible to reduce costs.Furthermore, as mentioned above, frame 1

17t There is no chance of the lead wire 17 getting caught between the frame 11 and the stator core 9a and causing damage.
There is no need to forcefully pull the wire, so there is no chance of it coming off the connection 14 or breaking the wire.
