Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明はボールベアリング、特にミニチュアボールベ
アリングの一部品として使用されるボールベアリング用
耳曲シール部材に関する。
（従来の技術） 従来より、この種のボールベアリング用耳曲シール部材
は、第３図Ｖこ示すような形状、構造である。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） しかし、従来のボールベアリング用耳曲シール部材は、
第３図に示すような形状、構造である為、外輪のシール
溝にかしめ念際、耳曲部に歪みが生じて適確にシールさ
れないと云つ欠点がおる。特に、この欠点はステンレス
鋼製のボールベアリング用耳曲シール部材においては顕
著である。
そこで、この発明は前記の従来の欠点を解決することを
目的として提案するものである。
（発明の構成） そして、この発明に係るボールベアリング用耳曲シール
部材は、穴（１）が耳曲部（２）に所要数周設されてい
ることを特徴とするものである。
（実施例） 以下、この発明に係るボールベアリング用耳曲シール部
材の実施例について説明する。図中（３）は耳曲部（２
）における屈曲部であって、前記穴（１）はその屈曲部
（３１に所定間隔をおいて奇数穿設されている。又、図
中（４）は外輪、（５）Ｖ′ｉその外輪（４）のシール
溝、（６）は図示しないボール用の溝である。伺、実施
例におけるボールベアリング用耳曲シール部材は、ステ
ンレス鋼で形成しである。又、この発明においては、前
記穴（１）の形状は問うものでなく、任意の形状に穿設
できること云うまでもない。
（発明の効果） 以上のように構成された、この発明に係るボールベアリ
ング用耳曲シール部材は、第２図に示すように外輪（４
）のシール溝（５＞　Ｋかしめた際、耳曲部（２）の外
周片（７）が内方向に屈曲するような状態で耳曲部（２
）がシール溝（５）に嵌合するが、その状態において耳
曲部（２）に生ずる歪みは耳曲部＋２１１ｃ所要数周設
されている穴（１）に吸収されるの　５で、適確にシー
ルされると云う特有な効果を奏する。

第１図は、この発明に係るボールベアリング用耳曲シー
ル部材の実施例を示す断面斜視図、第２図は第１図のボ
ールベアリング用耳曲シール部材が外輪にシールされた
状態を示す一部除去した断面図、第３図は従来のボール
