【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
発電所やプラントに用いる配管は複数箇所の屈
折部を有するのが普通であるが、この場合温度変
化による伸縮で大きく変位する箇所と殆んど変位
しない箇所とを生じる。前者に対しては温度変化
による緩慢な変位は許容し、地震等による急激な
変位を拘束するためスナツバで支持する。しかし
後者に対してはスナツバが高価であるため、急激
な振動だけを拘束するレストレイントを用いて支
持する。本考案はレストレイントの改良に関する

場へ搬入するが、従来の構造は装着の際長さを微
調節する機能に欠けている。このため配管支持に
無理を強いることがあり、時間の経過によつてこ
れが思わぬ故障の原因となつた。また両端の係止
ピンは必ずしも棒状体の軸線と直交していない場
合があり、管内流体による微小振動がピンを急速
摩耗させる欠陥もあつた。

じ棒5cに被挿したリング6とでふた1aを挟持
し、ナツト7で締付け可能であるが、ふた1aの
両側に弾性リング8を挿入しておく。弾性リング
としてはステンレス鋼製金網を重ね、、成形プレ
スしたものが市販されているがこれを使用すれば
よい。ターンバクル9は円筒体でふた1bを回転
自在に貫通する。その内端には鍔9aを備え、外
端部にはねじが刻まれている。これに螺合するナ
ツト10と鍔9aとでふた1bを挟持可能であ
る。ターンバークル9にはまた軸線方向に貫通ね
じ孔が穿たれ、アイボルト14がこれを貫通螺合
している。ターンバークルにはスパナ掛け部9b
が設けてあるので、ナツト10をゆるめスパナ掛
け部を回すことにより、アイボルト14は出入調
節可能である。配管Pのバンド11には球12を
有するピン13が設けてあり、アイボルト14の
外端部孔は、その球へ球面運動可能に係止されて
いる。

〔効 果〕
以上のように構成される本考案では、ターンバ
クル9の調節で全長をある範囲内自由に調節でき
る。弾性リングによつて微振動を吸収するので係
止ピンには悪影響を及ぼさない。両端の球面接続
は必ずしも必要というものではないが、係止ピン
の角度に問題がある場合はその損耗を防ぐには有
益である。大体の長さ決めさえしてあれば、現場
で容易に無理のない引止のできることが本考案の
