Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）走査型分析装置の出力信号と基準信号とを比較す
    る比較器、及び該比較器による比較出力と走査状態信号
    とに基づいて１走査毎に基準信号を越える出力信号の有
    無を検出して保持する出力信号検出保持手段を備え、該
    出力信号検出保持手段により出力信号の異常を判定する
    ことを特徴とする走査型分析装置の出力信号異常検出装
    置。
  2. （２）基準信号を出力信号のノーピーク判定レベルに設
    定し、基準信号を越える出力信号の有無に関する出力信
    号検出保持手段の保持内容が無であることを条件に出力
    信号を異常と判定することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（１）項に記載の走査型分析装置の出力信号
    異常薇出装置。
  3. （３） 基準信号を出力信号の異常ピーク判定レベル
    に設定し、基準信号を越える出力信号の有無に関する出
    力信号判定保持手段の保持内容が有であることを条件に
    出力信号を異常と判定することを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載の走査型分析装置の出力
    信号異常検出装置。
