    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面が平面に形成された突出部を有する基板と、前記突
    出部の上面に形成された長溝と、前記突出部上面に載置
    される蓋体と、該蓋体と前記突出部の上面との間に介在
    されるシール部材と、該シール部材，を間に挟んだ状態
    で基体と蓋体とを互いに押圧す−ることによりシール圧
    を得る手段と、前記基体の底部に形成された前記長溝内
    に流体を流入あるいは排出するための２つの穴とからな
    る流体抵抗器。
