There is a method described in the Publication No. 1, which is formed so that an engaging part is provided on one side of the thin plate, and the armature is engaged with the engaging part to be operated via a solenoid, and this thin plate is simply a super rectangular shape. Furthermore, since the thin plates are laminated together, the thin plates are in close contact with each other over the entire surface, and the frictional resistance between them is extremely large. There is flexure inside the plate, and this flexure applies surface pressure to other thin plates that are in contact with each other, causing mutual interference and making it impossible to expect smooth operation. Therefore, in order to prevent this, sliding protrusions are provided at the front and rear in the width direction of the thin plate, and these protrusions are supported by precisely machined bearings. When formed in this way, the cost is extremely high, and a large surface pressure is generated between the bearing and the bearing.
Therefore, there is a drawback that a magnet must be provided just for this surface pressure.

Also, an engaging portion 7 is provided on the side surface of the printing element 1.
An armature 9 of a solenoid 8 for driving the printing element 1 is engagedly connected to the engaging portion 7. In this case, the relative positional relationship between the printing element 1 and the solenoid 8 can be selected from a wide range without affecting the engagement state. For example, as shown in FIG. 1B, the solenoid 8 can be provided at the position shown by the dotted line or at the position shown by the two-dot chain line.Furthermore, if the shape and dimensions of the armature 9 are changed appropriately, the solenoid The illustrated position of the solenoid 8 can be moved further away from the printing element 1, or the solenoid 8 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the printing element 1.

When doing so, the intermediate portions 3 are sequentially biased alternately to the left and right, and the intermediate portions 3 are constructed so as not to contact each other in the upper, lower, left, and right directions. Thus, the printing elements 1... have the leading end 2... and the trailing end 4...
Since it operates while in contact with only one member, the frictional resistance is significantly reduced.

Smooth and accurate operation can be expected without interference. Next, FIG. 2 shows a state in which the required number of printing elements 1... are stacked.

明である。 As described in detail in the embodiments described herein, the printing element 1 has an intermediate portion 3 and a printing element 1.
The printing element 1 is offset to one side from the center line connecting the centers of the leading end 2 and the rear end 4 of the printing element 1.
When stacking the intermediate parts 3, the intermediate parts 3 are stacked so as to be alternately biased to opposite sides, so that the intermediate parts 3 are stacked vertically and horizontally during operation. Since there is no contact at all, frictional resistance can be significantly reduced.Furthermore, even if the printing elements 1 are bent, they do not come into contact with each other, so smooth and accurate operation is expected without mutual interference. This is an invention that has truly great effects, such as making it possible to
