The water between the dehydration tanks is sent to a discharge channel formed from the bottom of the dehydration tank to the top of the side wall, and is discharged from above the dehydration tank into the dehydration tank, and this discharge complicates the washing water flow to improve the cleaning efficiency. It is. Furthermore, the discharge waterway and the pump chamber can be easily formed, and the laundry can be prevented from being damaged.

A rotor blade 5 attached to a rotor shaft 4 is disposed in a recess 3 at the center of the bottom of the dehydration tank 2, and a plurality of back blades 6 are integrally provided on the back surface of the rotor blade 5. The back side of the rotor blade 5 is formed into a pump chamber 7 by the back blade 6. Reference numeral 8 denotes a dehydration tank shaft to which the dehydration tank 2 is fixed via a dehydration tank boss 9. At the bottom of the dehydration tank boss 9 and the recess 3, there is a back inlet port 10 that sucks water between the outer tank 1 and the dehydration tank 2 into the pump chamber 7 by the pump action of the back blade 6 when the rotor blade 5 rotates.
is provided. A bearing case 11 for the rotor shaft 4 and the dehydration tank shaft 8, and a drive motor 12 for rotating the rotor blade 5 and the dehydration tank 2 are attached to the back surface of the outer tank 1. It is suspended from the top of the frame in a vibration-proof manner.

As shown in the figure, it is made up of an arcuate wall 2' and a flat wall 2'', forming a substantially octagonal prism shape. A groove 13 communicating with the pump chamber 7 is formed from the bottom of the dehydration tank to the upper end of the flat wall 2''. This groove 13 is covered with a water channel cover 14 made of synthetic resin and forms a part 15' of the discharge water channel 15 of the pump chamber 7. At the upper end of the dehydration tank 2, there is a liquid 16 that acts as a fluid balancer.
A hollow annular balance ring 17 is attached, and a part of the balance ring 17 has a discharge waterway 15 whose one end communicates with the upper end of the groove 15 and whose other end 18 opens into the dewatering tank. In other words, recesses 19 and 20 are continuously provided in a part of the outer circumferential wall and a part of the upper wall of the balance ring 17, and the recesses 19 and 20 are covered with a cover 21 to form a water channel 15. ” is formed. The other end 18 of this water channel becomes the outlet of the discharge channel 15, and the outlet 18 is positioned above the washing water level.

A pump chamber cover 24 having an opening 22 with a smaller diameter B and covering the peripheral edge 23 of the rotor blade 5 is integrally provided. This pump chamber cover 24 and water channel 14
A thin hinge 25 is used to connect the water channel cover 14 to the bottom of the dehydration tank with screws 26. , which is elastically attached to the bottom of the dehydration tank. The pump chamber cover 24 can be removed from the dewatering tank 2 and rotated about the hinge 25 without tools, so that the inside of the pump chamber 7 can be easily cleaned.

This sucked water or some of it flows out into the dehydration tank through the gap C between the opening 22 of the pump chamber cover and the rotor 5, but most of it flows into the outer periphery of the pump chamber where the pressure is high. The water is fed into the discharge waterway 15 which is open to the water, and is discharged from the discharge port 18 toward the center of the dehydration tank as shown by the arrow.

Since the water falls into the washing machine, the laundry above does not swell up with air and remain floating on the washing water and not be washed. This eliminates uneven washing and improves the washing rate.

This is to ensure that as much water as possible goes to the discharge waterway 15. The purpose of the partition rib 28 is also to reduce the eddy flow in the communication portion between the discharge waterway 15 and the pump chamber 7, so that as much water as possible can flow smoothly to the discharge waterway 15.

By raising the water level in the dehydration tank and lowering the water level between the dehydration tank and the outer tank, the water between the dehydration tank and the outer tank can effectively contribute to washing.

Since the water channel cover and pump chamber cover for configuring the discharge water channel and the pump chamber are integrated, the structure and assembly are simplified, and since the boundary between the water channel cover and the pump chamber is continuous, This has excellent effects, such as eliminating the risk of fabric tangles occurring at this boundary and damaging the laundry.

The pump chamber cover can be easily removed to clean the inside of the pump chamber without tools, and there is no fear of losing the pump chamber cover. In addition, if a concave groove is provided in the flat wall of the dehydration tank to form a discharge waterway, the space between the outer tank and the flat wall can be effectively utilized, and there is no need to provide a large distance between the dehydration tank and the outer tank.
