- 集束した熱源を利用して複数の半田付部分を順
次部分的に加熱して半田付を行なう構造において
、前記半田付部分又はその周辺に前記熱源を当て
る位置に予めマークを設けておき、前記熱源が移
動しつつ前記マークを読取り、該マーク位置に前
記加熱及び半田付けを行なう半田付位置決め構造
。
